Job Responsibilities
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and generate reports.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
Assist in the training and development of warehouse staff on inventory processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Inventory Controller or in a similar role within the FMCG sector.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
